Applications for the 2024 season are now closed. Thank you to everyone who applied. We will be making decisions and letting vendors who have been approved know within two weeks. If you would like to be added to the waitlist for this season and 2025, please email Events.
Approval
- Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- If you are selected as a vendor, you will be contacted by Monday, March 25, 2024.
- Your invoice will be sent Monday, March 25, 2025, and must be paid in full by 4 p.m. on Friday, April 12, 2024.
- Your permit will not be issued until your payment has been received and processed.
- Permits will be issued within three (3) days of payment being processed.
- Permits will only be issued if you have provided:
- Payment in full
- Insurance documents
- VIHA food safe certificates (if required)
