Collection of Video Surveillance Footage
GVHA collects video surveillance footage at its properties for the purpose of ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors. The footage is used for investigating incidents and unauthorized access. Signage indicates areas where cameras operate.
We may disclose video surveillance footage to law enforcement agencies, when required by law, and legal representatives, in the event of a legal claim. Video surveillance footage is retained for a limited period of time, after which it is securely deleted, unless it is required for an ongoing investigation or legal proceeding.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect video surveillance footage from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
You have the right to:
- Request access to footage that pertains to you.
- Request deletion of footage, subject to legal and regulatory requirements, that pertains to you.
