In celebration of Jane Austen's 250th birthday, members of the Jane Austen Society of North America - Victoria BC Region will enjoy a stroll along the Breakwater on Sunday morning (June 15) in full Regency era costume.
There is a free, family-friendly event at Ogden Point on Sunday in celebration of the HMCS Calgary's 30th year of service. The anniversary celebration event includes a military parade (starting at 9am), a free pancake breakfast, live music, a barbecue in support of military families, face painting, a beer garden fundraiser, a road hockey game, and much more.
