Booking your moorage with us is simple and convenient. Use our online system to submit a request for moorage and prepare for an unforgettable visit. Our team is here to assist you every step of the way, ensuring your stay is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
We recommend making a reservation ahead of time but if you find yourself in the harbour looking for moorage – drop in moorage – please contact our marina dock crew on VHF 66A or dial 250-883-2458.

Reservation Information
Please note: long-term reservations are in high demand, and we cannot add names to the waitlist.
- A reservation fee of $65 is required for booking during long weekends and is non-refundable.
- A minimum 2-night stay is required for all long weekend bookings.

- Live-aboard moorage is not available. For non-liveaboard moorage, please email Lindsay Gust, lgust@gvha.ca
Reservations are available throughout the year at Causeway, Ship Point and Wharf Street. Reservation requests will only be accepted online through our booking partner, Swift Harbour. Click the below Reserve Moorage button to be brought to the Swift Harbour page.
*Please note, you are required to set up an account with Swift Harbour prior to making a reservation. There is a $2 per night booking fee when booking through Swift Harbour. Reservations more than seven days in advance must book through Swift Harbour.

Payment Options
All reservation bookings are required via Swift Harbour. Moorage rates will not be charged until you arrive and can be paid either with cash, debit or credit card.
Customs Information
Vessels entering Canada must clear Customs. For more information about procedures and the location of the Customs dock, please reference the Customs page.
Group Reservations
If you are booking for a group of boaters greater than six, please email reservations@gvha.ca
Cancellation Policy
To change or cancel dates or facility request, please let us know in writing at least 48 hours before your arrival date (1 week for long weekends). Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged one full day of moorage and the reservation will be cancelled.
Belleville Terminal Redevelopment Project
Please be advised that demolition of the Stores wharf will be taking place from Monday, September 16 to Friday, September 27 between 7 am-5 pm.
People in the area can expect some elevated noise levels during this time. There are no anticipated road or marine traffic interruptions outside of the Belleville Terminal property boundary.
