We are pleased to announce that an artisan market will return to the Breakwater District at Ogden Point for the 2026 cruise season.
The Market on the Pier will launch on April 28 and run throughout the entire cruise season. This year, the market will be located at Pier B on the north (Helijet) side of Pier B (the red-roofed building). This location is easily accessible to cruise passengers while not blocking access to tour operators and transportation providers, and will enhance passenger arrival experience, creating a more vibrant welcome for visitors returning from Alaska. The market will offer local handmade goods from body care to jewelry to tasty treats and artistic wares of all kinds, including works from Indigenous artisans.
This endeavour is designed with the broader Victoria business community in mind, creating a seamless connection between the Market on the Pier and downtown’s array of businesses, attractions, and cultural sites. To accommodate the cruise ship schedule, this market is usually open until 11:30 pm.
If you are a vendor and interested in selling at the Market on the Pier, please apply using our application form.
